Unit Forgings, located in West Allis, Wisconsin, USA, is a world-class manufacturer of custom designed closed-die forged steel components. We have been producing exceptional quality parts for widely varied end users since 1918.

Our expertise continues to grow, demonstrated by our use of the latest technologies, assuring the highest levels of quality forged and machined parts. Our goal is to provide our customers with exceptional levels of service and support.

Design
With the latest state-of-the-art technologies, die design and engineering print functions have become fully computerized. We use software packages such as Pro-E for designing parts and DEFORM for simulating parts for optimal production and die life.

Forge
Our steam-driven hammers range from 4,000 to 18,000 lbs. Part weights range from 10 to 320 lbs. with diameters up to 24″ and lengths to 45″. We manufacture a wide variety of material grades including carbon, alloy, stainless steel, and microalloy.

Machine
From turning to milling and drilling on both simple and complex parts, our on-site machining makes us a “one-stop” supplier to serve your forging and machining needs. We use current technologies to machine parts ensuring the highest of quality.
