VYCON designs and manufactures high speed flywheel based energy storage units which store and deliver energy supporting electric rail applications delivering substantial savings in energy peak power and operating costs.
The VYCON system can also solve voltage sag problems. The units can be parallelled providing up to 6MW of clean environmentally friendly power and are specifically designed for high cycling ‘peak load’ applications as seen in electric rail applications.
